In addition to our Client Commitment, we have instituted a number of initiatives that help us continue to improve each client’s experience. For example, throughout the year we conduct live client interviews and mail client satisfaction questionnaires. These informative surveys provide a forum for clients to let us know how we are serving them in all areas – from legal services, to billing practices, to secretarial responsiveness. This data is summarized, communicated to everyone at the firm, and acted upon as needed. Continuous and direct feedback from our clients helps us identify areas which may need to be improved, but also reminds us of what we do well, so we continue to uphold those standards. Additionally, we are always working to enhance our technology, our facilities and our practices so they are as client-friendly as possible.
