Directions from Boston:

• I-293 to Manchester, take Exit 5 - Granite Street.
• Right onto Granite Street.
• Left at third set of lights onto Elm Street.
• We're located at 900 Elm Street, "City Hall Plaza".

Directions from Concord:

• I-293 to Manchester, take Exit 6 - Amoskeag Bridge.
• Bear right around rotary by Clarion Hotel Business District at Amoskeag Falls.
• Take a right at the light onto Elm Street.
• We're located at 900 Elm Street, "City Hall Plaza".

Directions from Portsmouth:

• Interstate 95 South to Route 101 West.
• Take the Downtown Manchester, Route 93 North Concord exit off Route 101.
• Stay in the far right lane of traffic and take the first exit off Route 93, Exit 8, Wellington Road/Bridge Street.
• Follow exit ramp around to the right completing almost a full circle, exiting onto the upper end of Bridge Street.
• Remain on Bridge Street, through approximately 8 sets of traffic lights and easing into the left lane of traffic.
• Bridge Street ends when it joins Elm Street at a major intersection.
• Take a left turn onto Elm Street, moving into the right lane of traffic.
• Follow Elm Street to the third traffic light at Merrimack Street.
• Turn right on Merrimack, follow to STOP sign; turn right on Franklin Street.
• Follow to second parking lot on left.
• Turn into second lot which is a metered lot.

Directions from West:

• 101 East to Exit 3N for I-293-N/Everett TNPK N toward Manchester/Concord.
• Merge onto I-293 North.
• Take Exit 5 - Granite Street.
• Right onto Granite Street.
• Left at third set of lights onto Elm Street.
• We're located at 900 Elm Street, "City Hall Plaza".

Directions from the Manchester Airport:

• Take a right onto Brown Avenue heading towards 101 West/I-293 North.
• Take a left onto 101 West.
• Bear right on I-293.
• Take Exit 5 (Granite Street) off I-293 - turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp. (you'll probably be able to see our building as you get off the highway if you look off to your right - it's a tall red & tan brick building with a green roof).
• Take a left at the 3rd set of traffic lights (onto Elm Street). (we're in the 3rd block on the left hand side).
• Parking spots on Elm Street are metered (2 hours) and can be scarce at times. Alternatively, there is a metered parking lot directly behind our building.
• You get to it by taking your 2nd left on Elm Street onto Merrimack Street (before you get to our building),
• Take your 1st right onto Franklin, then your 1st left onto Middle, then an immediate right into the parking lot.

Validated Parking:

• We validate parking stubs from Victory Parking Garage on Amherst Street.  From Elm Street heading north, take a right onto Amherst Street (CVS Pharmacy on corner).
