Donna L. Killmon, formerly with Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, Massachusetts has joined McLane’s Tax department in the Woburn, Massachusetts office where she practices in the areas of sophisticated tax planning and strategies and business transactions.  Before beginning her career with the firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City, Donna received her J.D. from Goergetown University Law Center in 1992, her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2007, and her B.A., graduating summa cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1989.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, as well as the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

Jeanine M. Kilgallen is an associate in the Litigation department where she practices in a variety of areas of business and general civil litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Jeanine served as a law clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court.  She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2007 and her B.A. from Stonehill College, graduating magna cum laude in 2004.  Jeanine is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, and New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association.
