In a separate transaction, we represented a large New Hampshire non-profit organization in the education industry in connection with its $5 million acquisition of stock of a strategic target in the software industry.

Our leading presence in the M&A field is reflected by our work on behalf of the New Hampshire Attorney General's office for its review of a proposed $1.6 billion merger of two New Hampshire hospitals expected to have a substantial impact on the delivery of health services in the state. We were retained by the AG's office to review all aspects of the transaction. Our attorneys participated in extensive due diligence, and also provided legal analysis on various aspects of the proposed merger.
