Arbitration and Mediation

Members of McLane's strong Litigation Group have served as court-appointed neutral mediators in many varied instances, as well as serving as private mediators on many occasions related to a wide variety of issues. They have also served on numerous arbitration panels.

McLane's attorneys currently serve on the Mediation Panel for the United States District Court, where they have successfully mediated many cases in the areas of employment, tort, contract and civil rights. They also serve on the Meditation Panel of the New Hampshire Superior Court, where they have gained exceptional knowledge of alternative dispute resolution. Our litigation attorneys have also mediated for the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, and they also serve on the Panel of Commercial Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

We count among our ranks a previous New Hampshire District Court Judge and a former New Hampshire Attorney General. We are also proud that members of our Litigation Group have been chosen as Fellows of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

Attorneys in McLane's Litigation Group are members of the Dispute Resolution Sections of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Association.
