Patrick is a corporate and transactional lawyer who helps clients form, grow, and sell their businesses, and works with his clients to solve challenging problems with practical solutions. Patrick works with clients in five main areas: general corporate law, healthcare law matters, mergers and acquisitions, complex contracts, and succession planning.
Throughout his career, Patrick has represented private companies and their owners on a wide variety of corporate law matters including entity formation, private security offerings, negotiation of complex contracts and general corporate governance. He continues to serve as outside general counsel for private companies throughout New England.
As chair of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group, Patrick and his team support physicians, physician group, dentists and other professionals in governance, compliance and acquisition and sale transactions. Noteworthy healthcare transactions include representing a healthcare client in negotiations of a $550 million Medicaid managed care contract, and representing the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office in connection with the review of a one billion dollar hospital merger transaction. Patrick currently represents several large independent physician and dental practices.
Patrick also represents a variety of clients with complex transactions and contracts, including clients in the manufacturing, medical device, defense, high technology, financial services, energy and wholesale food industries.

Patrick is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Patrick received his J.D. from Boston College Law School (1998) and his B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New Hampshire (1995).
