January 15, 2008, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Michael B. Tule has rejoined the firm after more than 10 years serving as a business executive and inside general counsel at two New England-based companies.
From 1996 to 2000, Mike was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of WPI Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WPIC), a Manchester, New Hampshire-based provider of power conversion products, handheld computers and diagnostic tools for commercial vehicles. From 2000 to 2007, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Rock of Ages Corporation (NASDAQ Global: ROAC), an integrated quarrier, manufacturer and retailer of dimension stone blocks, granite memorials and precision granite products, based in Barre, Vermont. During his time in-house, Mike’s practice encompassed a wide range of business transactions and general business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate governance counseling, joint ventures, distribution counseling, employment law counseling, and other general business counseling.
Mike will continue to serve as general counsel to Rock of Ages and will practice in McLane’s Corporate Department with a focus on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and business formation and counseling.
Mike lives with his wife Marie and their two children in Milford, New Hampshire. He is actively involved in the community, and in various nonprofit organizations, including the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance.
