McLane Partner, Charles DeGrandpre Updates Popular “Bible” on NH Statutes

PORTSMOUTH, NH McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A. is pleased to announce the launch of the Fourth Edition of “New Hampshire Practice and Procedure: Wills, Trusts and Gifts,” authored by Charles A. DeGrandpre, longtime partner of McLane. The treatise is the go-to source for quick access to the latest information on the statutory revisions to the law of estates, trusts, and probate (including a comparison with the Uniform Probate Code), and recent decisions of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
DeGrandpre joined the McLane Law Firm in 1961. Since 1989, he has been the senior director in the firm’s Portsmouth office, concentrating his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate and business law.
