The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that John J. Kennedy has joined the firm’s Litigation Department.
Prior to joining McLane, John worked with the New Hampshire Attorney General and was a Judicial Clerk to Justice James Duggan in the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
He received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, magna cum laude, in 2009 and B.A. from Boston College in 2005. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association and will be serving McLane’s clients in both states.
A resident of Litchfield, New Hampshire, John is active in his community, serving as a Coach for the Cross Country team at Alvirne High School. John is also involved with the Appalachia Volunteers Program, whose mission is to serve the poverty stricken populace of the United States through learning about the structural and social realities that leave some people impoverished and marginalized; discussing the injustices that create entrenched poverty; considering a theological and faith perspective on social justice; and participating in local service opportunities throughout the year.
