The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, as well as Woburn, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that Patrick C. Closson has been elected vice chair of the board of directors for Leadership Seacoast.
Leadership Seacoast is a nonprofit organization whose primary mission is to foster informed and engaged leaders. Approaching its 25th year, Leadership Seacoast is a six-month program of study in which members of the Seacoast community from various business backgrounds are exposed to all aspects of community dynamics. Students learn about local issues and how individuals or groups can build better, brighter, smarter communities.
A Director in McLane’s Corporate Department and Chair of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group, Patrick represents clients across northern New England in the manufacturing, health care, retail, defense, high technology, financial services, energy and wholesale food industries. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
In addition to his involvement with Leadership Seacoast over the past 4 years, Patrick is also an appointed member of the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, and chair of the Business and Industry Association Ad Hoc Committee on the New Hampshire Business Corporations Act.
Patrick received his J.D. from Boston College Law School (1998) and B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, Summa Cum Laude, (1995). He lives in Lee, New Hampshire.
