McLane Middleton attorney Jacqueline A. Leary will be presenting at the New Hampshire Association for Justice’s 22nd Annual “Heartbreaker” Family Law Forum on February 4, 2022 in Manchester, N.H.
Jacqueline will present on “What Troubles May Lurk Ahead When It Comes to Treatment of Trust Interest in Divorce.”
Jacqueline is an associate in the Litigation Department. She is the Vice Chair of the Family Law Practice Group as well as a member of the firm’s Criminal Law Practice Group. In addition, she assists clients in a wide variety of other litigation matters, including commercial litigation.
Jacqueline received her J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law (2017) and her B.A. Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Haven’s Honors Program (2014). Jacqueline also received her certificate in Health Law and Policy. During law school, Jacqueline was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a Simoneau Family Fellow, and a Bruce E. Friedman and Jeanie Jacobs Goldberg Scholarship Recipient.
