Victor joins the firm as an Associate in the Land Use practice group. He brings more than 27 years’ experience working in the areas of real estate, municipal law, bankruptcy and foreclosure. Victor joins the firm from Orlans Moran, PLLC, a real estate firm located in Waltham, Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
He received his B.S. in Economics and Finance, magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickson University and his J.D. from New England School of Law.
