The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that R. David DePuy will be speaking at an upcoming National Business Institute (NBI) seminar on June 12, 2015 in Manchester, N.H. on the topic of “Advanced Family Law.”
The session – which is an advanced level program for attorneys, paralegals, guardians ad litem, social workers, and counselors – will review the most confounding and involved issues you’re likely to encounter in your practice and demonstrate how to successfully tackle them.
David is a director in McLane’s litigation department where he is one of the firm’s most experienced litigators. While having tried noteworthy business litigation and personal injury/medical malpractice disputes, the focus of his practice is now primarily divorce matters. He has successfully resolved through trial, mediation or settlement many divorces involving substantial assets, trusts, businesses owned by the parties, large real estate holdings, and corporate stock interests. David also has extensive experience drafting and reviewing prenuptial agreements with regards to divorce and death.
David holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is rated by “SuperLawyers” and is listed in “Best Lawyers.” In addition, David is recognized in Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America for Family Law and Personal Injury Litigation. He was the recipient of the Board of Governors Award in 1998 by the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Associations, and the President’s Award in 1990. He also received the Manchester Bar Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006.
David is a member of the International Society of Barristers with members in Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, Australia/New Zealand, and the United States.
