Margaret “Peg” O’Brien will be presenting at the Granite State Human Resources Conference (GSHRC) on October 3, 2022.
Peg will be on a panel summarizing the year’s most significant legal developments (i.e. workplace legislation, court decisions and regulatory updates) and how HR should prepare for their impact in the workplace.

Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton and Vice Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Group. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. On a regular basis, Peg assists company executives, human resources professionals and supervisors with routine employment law concerns, including employee hiring, termination and disciplinary matters, and management of employee leaves of absence. Peg provides on-site and virtual training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices. She also conducts workplace investigations.
