The Civil Penalty Appeals Board hears appeals, de novo, from civil penalties imposed by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor pursuant to RSA 273:11-c.
Beth is an of counsel attorney at McLane whose practice focuses on advising businesses on a wide variety of employment law matters, including: hiring, disciplining and terminating employees; training supervisors and employees; internal investigations; employee handbooks and policies; wage and hour compliances; and employment contracts.
