The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce the hiring of attorney Benjamin B. Folsom.
Ben is an Associate in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was a litigator in the Chicago office of a national law firm. Ben helps clients with a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract claims, zoning and land use disputes, and the defense of consumer fraud claims. He also has extensive experience representing lenders in commercial mortgage foreclosures and guaranty claims, as well as defending lender liability claims.
Ben received his J.D., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Iowa Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
