Linda Johnson and David Wolowitz to Present on Sexual Misconduct

McLane Middleton attorneys Linda Johnson and David Wolowitz will be panelists on a Fred C. Church Risk Management webinar called, “Confronting Your School’s Past: Rumors and Allegations of Decades Old Educator Sexual Misconduct” on March 3, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET.

During the webinar, the panelists will discuss: considerations in taking a proactive approach even when no specific allegations have been made; what steps a school should take to respond to rumors and allegations that arise, including reaching out to victims; and how to conduct investigations.

The webinar is geared towards: Heads of Schools, Business Managers, CFOs, Deans of Students, Deans of Faculty, and Trustees.
