McLane Middleton Honors Dianne Ricardo with Annual Jack B. Middleton Pro Bono Award

McLane Middleton is proud to recognize attorney Dianne Ricardo with the 11th annual Jack B. Middleton Pro Bono Legal Services Award for her outstanding commitment to serving citizens in need.

McLane Middleton created the award in support of its efforts to help ensure that all New Hampshire citizens, regardless of resources, have access to the justice system.  Since the firm’s inception almost a century ago, McLane Middleton has been a consistent leader in supporting the state’s most vulnerable constituents.  The award is named after Jack Middleton, who has worked tirelessly for 60 years giving back to those most in need.

As the firm has grown into Massachusetts, its pro bono commitment has grown too, and now serves citizens of both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

“Dianne worked over 100 pro bono hours in 2015; achieving terrific results for our clients,” said Dennis Haley, the chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, during the presentation of the award at the firm’s recent Colleague Recognition Reception, “But it’s not just the impressive hours total that makes me so delighted to honor Dianne.  It’s her general willingness to help others and the spirit of caring she demonstrated in doing this work.”

Dianne is a litigation associate with experience advocating on behalf of individuals and entities in probate and fiduciary matters, including will challenges, guardianships and fiduciary duty matters.  She also counsels individuals and businesses in employment disputes including wrongful termination and whistleblower claims, and in commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes and breach of shareholder agreements. Dianne helps clients protect their interests by evaluating, managing, and resolving a wide range of disputes with the goal of avoiding costly litigation.

Dianne resides in Concord, and can be reached in McLane Middleton’s Manchester office at (603) 628-1280 or dianne.ricardo@mclane.com.

The firm thanks Dianne for her dedication to helping those in need.
