McLane Middleton attorney Elizabeth F. Mason will be speaking as part of an “Update on Management of Mildly Contaminated Soil in New Hampshire” at the Environmental Business Council (EBC) New Hampshire Chapter Program on June 2, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Eversource Energy in Manchester, N.H.
This program will highlight the current state of MCS in New Hampshire, including the considerable progress that has been made in the last year or so towards development of an effective management strategy and guidelines for the handling and disposition of these soils. Speakers will include representatives from NHDES and NHDOT, as well as practitioners from environmental consulting/contracting, and environmental attorneys.
General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (3.5 training contact hours).
