Denis P. Dillon will be speaking at an upcoming National Business Institute continuing legal education seminar called, “Drafting Effective Wills and Trusts.” The seminar will be presented twice – once on June 27, 2016 at the Holiday Inn Portsmouth in Portsmouth, NH, and again on June 28, 2016 at the Executive Court Banquet Center in Manchester, NH.
Denis is one of three speakers for the full day, basic-to-intermediate seminar that will provide fundamentals of drafting wills and trusts for attorneys, paralegals, trust officers, accountants, and tax preparers. During the course, Denis will present on fundamental principles of will drafting and planning methods to control medical treatment.
Denis is a member of McLane Middleton’s Trusts & Estates Department and practices in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate law, and elder law, including Medicaid planning. He handles all aspects of federal and state taxation including income taxation, estate and gift taxation. He also advises clients with respect to sophisticated tax, business, succession and estate planning.
