On Monday, November 7, 2016, Eric M. Sigman will present at an MCLE New England program on “Contract Review, Negotiation & Analysis” in Boston, Mass.
As part of the program, which qualifies for 3 substantive credits, the panelists will provide valuable tips and insights on how to help clients accomplish their business objectives, understand legal risks, and make informed decisions when conflicts arise. They will update attendees on recent case law, review select commonly encountered agreements, and address a wide range of time-tested techniques and important topics affecting commercial transactions today.
Eric is an of counsel attorney in the McLane Middleton’s corporate department where he advises clients in a variety of business, franchise, and real estate transactions. As part of his practice, Eric is accomplished in franchise law, mergers and acquisitions; asset purchases and sales; contract review, negotiations, and drafting; as well as transition planning and assisting business owners with developing and implementing exit strategies. Eric’s franchise practice includes Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) drafting, analysis and review, and franchise agreement negotiation. Eric has experience in a variety of industries, including: restaurants, retail, health care, medical practices, and professional service firms.
