McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that Dawn Gagnon was recently presented with the firm’s annual John A. Graf Client Service Award during the firm’s annual Colleague Recognition Reception.
The award is named in honor of a former partner in the firm who was relentlessly focused on solving his clients’ problems. The award is provided annually to the McLane Middleton attorney, paralegal, or administrative colleague who exemplifies the highest level of client responsiveness and excellence in service based on colleague observations, peer reviews, and client recommendations.
Dawn supports the litigation department by managing complex litigation eDiscovery projects. She works collaboratively with clients to identify, preserve and collect electronically stored data. She manages the data through the collection process to production and trial. She is also responsible for the training of attorneys and paralegals in eDiscovery software and the development of best practices.
“Dawn has studied and trained hard to be a resource for technical innovation for our firm,” said Bruce W. Felmly, firm director and chair of the Client Service Committee, during the award presentation. “She is a unique and helpful asset to the litigation practice.”
The firm congratulates Dawn and thanks her for her outstanding service.
