Seth is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, where he advises business clients on transactional matters related to contract drafting, corporate governance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
Seth earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. He also earned a Sports Law Certificate from the University of New Hampshire’s Sports and Entertainment Law Institute. During law school, Seth interned with the University of New Hampshire’s Athletics Compliance Office, Parnell, Michels, & McKay, and spent a semester working at Bernstein Shur and then McLane Middleton. He was also the Editor-in-Chief for The University of New Hampshire Law Review and the President of the UNH Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Prior to law school, Seth interned with a hockey consulting agency, The Boston Management Group, in Boston.
For his undergraduate studies, Seth attended Curry College, where he earned his B.A. in Business Management, summa cum laude, with a concentration in Sports Management. At Curry College, Seth was a goaltender on the NCAA Men’s Division III Ice Hockey Team and served in a hockey operations role with the team.
