The start of a new year is a great time to review and update employment practices. Join members of McLane Middleton’s Employment Law Practice Group for a discussion of what employers can expect from the new administration and some key items that Massachusetts employers should consider putting on their “To-Do” list in 2025, including wage and hour best practices, the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act requirements, and updates to employee handbooks.
Presenters
Adam is a director in McLane Middleton’s Litigation Department and vice chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the areas of business, employment and probate litigation. Adam regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants. Adam also has extensive experience working on will contests, fiduciary litigation and guardianships.
Sean provides services regarding employment contracts, waivers, severance agreements, compliance, risk analysis, and navigating state and federal laws. He is committed to providing personal attention to the needs of businesses in the community and provides advice to local businesses and professionals on a wide array of topics, focusing on risk management, compliance, contract negotiation, and employment matters.
