Peg O’Brien will present on a webinar entitled, “The Top Ten Critical Employment Laws You Need to Know,” for the NH Center for Nonprofits on Tuesday, January 30. During this webinar, Peg will discuss some key topics including:
- Employee misclassification issues and other wage and hour concerns,
- Management of employee discipline and termination events,
- Successful management of employee absences from the workplace.
Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. Peg also provides training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices and conducts independent workplace investigations.
