McLane Middleton attorneys David Wolowitz and Susan E. Schorr will be presenting on “Independent Schools and the Evolving Standard of Care” at the National Business Officer Association’s (NBOA) Business Officer Institute on June 20, 2018 in Providence, R.I.
The presentation will focus on student safety and well-being, by explaining how the “standard of care” has changed for addressing bullying and cyber-bullying, sexual assault, mandated reporting, responsible use policies, and employee references.
