Family law can be complex and ever changing. In this roundtable discussion, McLane Middleton’s Family Law Group will be joined by a panel of highly respected legal professionals to discuss sophisticated family issues, latest case and statutory law, and timely, practical information for all levels of practice.

Associate, McLane Middleton

Jacqueline is a member of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Criminal Law Practice Group. Jacqueline’s family law practice is focused on complex divorce and parenting issues for clients with substantial assets and complex cases in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well as general civil litigation and criminal law. She also assists clients in the mediation process as part of an Alternative Dispute Resolution strategy. In addition, she handles a wide-variety of family related issues, including parenting rights and responsibilities, alimony, child support, modification of orders, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements, legal separations, and adoptions. As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, she also assists clients in a wide variety of other litigation matters.

Corey MacDonald
Attorney & Founder, MacDonald Law P.C. & Black Lion Services, PLLC

Corey is the founder of MacDonald Law, PC, and Black Lion Services, PLLC in Hampton Falls. MacDonald Law is a 12-person litigation practice focusing on all aspects of family law. The firm also provides representation in select criminal defense matters at the state level. Black Lion Services, PLLC is a subsidiary law practice providing outside general counsel services to businesses as well as individual clients. These clients include individuals and entities in sports and entertainment, as well as domestic and international business.

Prior to practicing law full-time, MacDonald ran his practice part-time while serving for over 18 years in law enforcement. He spent most of his law enforcement career as a detective rising to the position of Chief of Detectives for the City of Portsmouth, and then Deputy Chief of Police. He also served as the City Prosecutor for three years.

MacDonald serves on the New Hampshire Association for Justice Board of Governors and co-chairs the family law section.

Lyndsay Robinson
Director & Shareholder, Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.

Lyndsay’s practice consists of general civil litigation with a focus on family law, estate planning, and probate administration. She is committed to serving families in New Hampshire with compassion and integrity.

Lyndsay is an active member of the Bar and dedicated to serving her community. She currently serves as Vice President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and is the ABA Young Lawyer Delegate for the New Hampshire Bar Association. She also serves on the Board for the New Hampshire Bar Foundation and 603 Legal Aid. In addition, Lyndsay is a member of Chief Justice MacDonald’s advisory board for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch Steering Committee on Diversity and Inclusion. She is also actively involved with the New Hampshire Pro Bono DOVE Program actively representing victims of domestic violence and stalking. Beyond the legal community, Lyndsay is a member of the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation Board of Directors and a member of St. Anslem College’s Board of Trustees.
