McLane Middleton Elects Sabrina Beavens and Christopher Walsh as Directors

Manchester, N.H. (Jan. 6, 2025) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Sabrina C. Beavens and Christopher J. Walsh have been elected as directors of the firm.

Beavens is a member of the Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group.  She is an accomplished and respected attorney who is experienced in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate and business law; commercial and residential real estate; banking and commercial transactions; bankruptcy; estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Throughout her career Beavens has worked closely with individual and business clients on a broad range of real estate and business matters including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use, governance, contracts, finance, general corporate issues, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, creditors’ rights, evictions, and succession planning. She has represented local and national clients in bankruptcy matters throughout the United States and worked with banks, credit unions, and private lenders on significant commercial financing, workout, and foreclosure matters. Beavens has also assisted municipal clients with a variety of issues, including tax matters. Walsh is an accomplished litigator who focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and other high-stakes commercial litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and Business Litigation Practice Group, and he represents organizations and individuals in matters involving allegations of fraud, misconduct, corruption, price fixing, collusion, unfair and deceptive business practices, shareholder disputes, and breach of contract, among others.  In 2016, the Financial Times North America Innovative Lawyers report recognized Walsh for his successful legal strategy that led to his client being freed after 30 years of wrongful imprisonment.
