Peg O’Brien will present on a webinar, “The Top Ten Critical Employment Laws You Need to Know”,” sponsored by the NH Center for Nonprofits on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Peg will be discussing employee misclassification issues and other wage and hour concerns, management of employee discipline and termination events, and successful management of employee absences from the workplace.
Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton and Chair of the Employment Law Practice Group. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. Peg also provides training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices and conducts independent workplace investigations. Peg is a former Chair of the NH Bar’s Labor & Employment Section and current Legislative Director for the HR State Council of NH.
