Amanda is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. She is an accomplished litigator who practices in a variety of areas ranging from commercial litigation to real estate disputes. She has extensive bench trial experience in her short time as a practicing attorney, as well as appellate experience. She has played an active role in settling many complex commercial cases while at the firm. Before rejoining McLane Middleton in 2020, Amanda clerked at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in 2019-2020 for Justice Scott Kafker.
Amanda received her J.D. from Vermont Law School (2018), where she graduated first in her class and was the recipient of the Learned Hand Award for Academic Excellence. Amanda also served as the Editor in Chief of Vermont Law Review. She received her B.A. in European Studies from Middlebury College (2010) and her M.A. in Political Science from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (2014).
