Many trial court and administrative rulings result in appeals to a higher authority. Upholding favorable rulings or overturning those decisions where legal error has occurred is an essential element of representation in the legal system.
McLane Middleton’s trial lawyers are known throughout New England as talented trial advocates for our clients. Our lawyers are also recognized as accomplished appellate advocates.
