July 6, 2010, Concord, NH – The McLane Law Firm is proud to announce that Rachel Hampe has been elected to the Board of Directors of Red River Theatres, Downtown Concord’s non-profit movie theater specializing in independent, classic, foreign, documentary and local films, and located at Capital Commons.
Rachel is a member of McLane’s Litigation Group, where she focuses her practice on complex environmental actions and business litigation cases. She represents a broad range of clients in litigation involving breach of contract, general business disputes, construction, products liability, land use disputes, actions against municipalities, contribution claims, personal injury, and insurance issues.
She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, the Manchester Bar Association, and Sigma XI.
She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
In addition to her work on the board of Red River Theatres, Rachel sits on the board of directors of the World Affairs Council of New Hampshire, and serves as secretary for the board of directors of Girls Inc. of New Hampshire.
Rachel received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Bates College.
