March 19, 2008, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, is pleased to announce that four new attorneys have joined the firm as associates: Erin G. Hendrick, Erin J. Harris, Patricia M. Panciocco and Jacquelyn Walker.
!Erin G. Hendrickhas joined the Trust and Estate Department as an associate, after a year and a half with a local firm. She also clerked for a year with the New Hampshire Supreme Court for Justice James E. Duggan. Erin has held legal internships in Boston, Massachusetts with The Gillette Company, The United States District Court for the First Circuit with Honorable Nancy Gertner, and the Department of Industrial Accidents. She also interned with the Denver City Attorney’s Office in Denver, Colorado. Erin earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, a Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Colorado College. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association. In addition to being a member, she holds a seat on the Board of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. Erin is also a member of the Editorial Board of the New Hampshire Bar News.
Erin J. Harris has joined the Litigation Department as an associate. She joins McLane from the West Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court where she was an Assistant District Attorney for a year and a half. Her legal experience also includes student prosecutor with the West Roxbury District Court, and law clerk at a Boston medical malpractice law firm. Erin also clerked with the Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Boston, and interned at the Essex County District Attorney’s Office in Peabody, Massachusetts. Her educational background includes a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a B.A. in Government from Connecticut College. Erin is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Patricia M. Panciocco has joined the Real Estate Department as an associate. She comes to McLane after several years with a local firm. Pat brings a solid background in real estate and land use law with a strong emphasis in municipal zoning and planning, construction and ancient road layouts. She also has experience with real estate transactions, corporate and limited liability formations, cell tower permitting and small business management practices. Pat received her J.D. and her Masters in Education Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center. She holds a B.S. Science from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to practicing law, Pat was a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and owned and operated her own residential construction business. Pat is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Women’s, and Manchester Bar Associations.
Jacquelyn Walker has joined the Corporate Department as an associate. She joins McLane from a local firm. She has experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis in patents. Jacquelyn received her J.D. and her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University. Prior to her legal career, Jacquelyn worked as an orthopedic research for Upstate Medical University in New York. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
