Presenters

Jacqueline is a member of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Criminal Law Practice Group. Jacqueline’s family law practice is focused on complex divorce and parenting issues for clients with substantial assets and complex cases in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well as general civil litigation and criminal law. She also assists clients in the mediation process as part of an Alternative Dispute Resolution strategy. In addition, she handles a wide-variety of family related issues, including parenting rights and responsibilities, alimony, child support, modification of orders, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements, legal separations, and adoptions. As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, she also assists clients in a wide variety of other litigation matters.

Katelyn is a NH State Representative. She grew up in Southern New Hampshire, earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems, and was formerly an engineer in the software industry, and was a professional photographer. Katelyn is an active member of the Windham communty, serving as a board member on three local non-profit boards: President of Windham Moms Alliance, President of Windham Moms Fund, and Treasurer of Friends of the Library of Windham.

Jim is an attorney and board-certified mediator. He is the owner of Ferro Law & Mediation Group, PLLC where he concentrates his practice on family law and private mediation for cases involving domestic relations, probate, real estate, personal injury and small business disputes. Jim mediates over 100 cases annually from the straightforward to the complex. Jim received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire, School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1989. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Rhode Island Bar Associations. Jim regularly provides training to mediator candidates, certified mediators, and the NH Bar Association. Jim is recognized in Best Lawyers of America for Family Law and Mediation annually from 2007 to the present, and has been named Family Law Lawyer of the Year 2012, 2020, and 2025. He is actively involved as a member of the Granite YMCA having served as a Trustee on the Granite YMCA Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.

Judge Ellen Joseph graduated from New Hampshire College in 1988 and Suffolk University Law School in 1991. She was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association in 1992.
Between 1992 and 2012, she was employed with Wiggin & Nourie, P.A. in Manchester, New Hampshire initially as a commercial litigator and then a family law attorney.
Following the dissolution of Wiggin & Nourie, Judge Joseph opened Law Offices of Ellen M. Joseph and practiced family law exclusively until 2021. In 2021, she was nominated by Governor Sununu and confirmed as a Circuit Court Judge.
Judge Joseph was admitted to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2005 and was listed in NH Magazine’s Top Lawyers for many years prior to joining the Circuit Court.

Christina currently serves as a Guardian ad Litem at Law-Hill Legal, LLC, representing children’s interests in various cases, including divorce, parenting, guardianship, termination of parental rights, abuse/neglect and CHINS matters. Christina’s career spans multiple roles in legal support and advocacy, including positions as a paralegal and district coordinator for the Londonderry School District’s Destination Imagination Program. Known for her excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and empathy, she is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children through every step of the legal process.
Her dedication to community service is evident in her volunteer work as the Executive Director of the Londonderry DI Pit Crew Board of Directors and as a coach and coordinator for various youth programs.

Lyndsay’s practice consists of general civil litigation with a focus on family law, estate planning, and probate administration. She is committed to serving families in New Hampshire with compassion and integrity.
Lyndsay is an active member of the Bar and dedicated to serving her community. She currently serves as Vice President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and is the ABA Young Lawyer Delegate for the New Hampshire Bar Association. She also serves on the Board for the New Hampshire Bar Foundation and 603 Legal Aid. In addition, Lyndsay is a member of Chief Justice MacDonald’s advisory board for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch Steering Committee on Diversity and Inclusion. She is also actively involved with the New Hampshire Pro Bono DOVE Program actively representing victims of domestic violence and stalking. Beyond the legal community, Lyndsay is a member of the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation Board of Directors and a member of St. Anslem College’s Board of Trustees.

Bill diligently represents clients in a variety of legal areas before New Hampshire’s State and Federal Courts. He maintains an active Family Law practice and routinely represents women and men in matters ranging from divorce to complex child support and relocation actions. As these matters are highly emotionally charged and often involve the ongoing welfare of children, Bill works hard to find practical and creative solutions that will be sustainable, not only in the short term, but well into the future. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Belknap County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Bill serves as Belknap County Governor for the New Hampshire Bar Association and is a Past President and current Legislative Committee Chair for the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
