Amy is a member of the Litigation Department and our Employment Law and Cybersecurity Practice Groups. She is passionate about providing her clients with practical business solutions and risk management strategies. Before becoming an attorney, she developed an extensive Human Resources, safety, and business background. Her experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Instructor with the University of New Hampshire for over a decade. She received her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. Amy also has an MBA in Global Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Dual Major in Human Resources Administration and Psychology from Saint Leo University.
Marcy Bauers is a Vice President & Risk Advisor with USI Insurance in Bedford, New Hampshire. She has spent decades working with clients from multiple industries to reduce their liability exposure, enhance safety programs, improve risk profiles and position them favorably in the insurance market. Marcy holds the Associate of Risk Management (ARM) certification from the National Alliance, a Graduate Certificate in School Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science from Granite State College. Marcy is a licensed Property & Casualty producer.
