Presenters
John serves as outside real estate counsel to regional and national companies, overseeing the management, financing, and expansion of their real estate holdings. In that role, he develops strategic plans for clients’ real estate assets and coordinates with local counsel across the country to effectively implement those plans, protecting and leveraging clients’ holdings. He also represents clients in all manner of discrete real estate transactions in the north of Boston market, including sales, acquisitions, leases, easement negotiations, and municipal land use applications before zoning, planning, and select boards. John frequently works with in house and outside real estate counsel on stand-alone projects where local counsel is beneficial.
Laura’s practice involves representing individuals and businesses in various residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and sales, financing, leasing, landlord/tenant matters, easements, title work, condominium formation and governance, and land use, including planning, zoning and permitting. In addition, Laura also counsels clients in respect to litigated real estate and land use matters.
Brianna is an associate corporate attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group, where she advises individuals and businesses on real estate transactions, including purchasing, sales, leasing, and title work. Prior to joining McLane, Brianna worked in Boston as a residential real estate attorney representing lenders and individuals on single family, multi-family, and condominium purchases and sales.
Andrew is a full service real estate attorney with expertise and experience across a wide variety of complex commercial real estate matters including: acquisitions and dispositions; financing; land use, permitting, and development; landlord and tenant leasing; property disputes; joint venture agreements and corporate structuring; historic rehabilitation tax credits; telecommunications; renewable energy installations; and cutting edge issues related to the digitization of real estate.
