Attorneys Adam Dumville and Viggo Fish will present at a NH Bar Association CLE, “Environmental & Energy Law Practice in the Granite State,” on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Adam and Viggo, along with other professionals, will discuss the latest developments in the environmental and energy law space. Topics will include updates to Clean Water Act jurisprudence, changes to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) permitting process for wastewater treatment facilities, developments in PFAS regulations, contaminated sites management, and solid waste permitting, and U.S. Supreme Court decisions touching New Hampshire practice, and much more.
