Attorney Adam Dumville will moderate a discussion for the Environmental Business Council of New England’s New Hampshire Leadership Program this morning at 11:30 a.m. in Manchester, NH. This event features Department of Environmental Services Commissioner Bob Scott and Department of Energy Deputy Commissioner Chris Ellms. Both leaders will discuss their respective agency’s environmental and energy program developments, budgets, and overall priorities for 2024 and beyond.
