McLane Middleton attorney Adam M. Hamel will be presenting at the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s upcoming “State Tax Virtual Conference” on January 14, 2021.
During the conference, Adam will be presenting, “Are You Ready for Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave.” During the session, Adam will provide a brief summary of the law, an overview of recent changes to the regulations and some examples of how these benefits interact with other job-protected leave.
Adam is a director in McLane Middleton’s Litigation Department and vice chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the areas of business, employment, and probate litigation. He regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants.
