McLane Middleton attorney Andrea J. Schweitzer will be presenting at an upcoming seminar, “The Probate Process From Start to Finish for Paralegals,” on October 4, 2019 in Manchester, New Hampshire.
AJ’s presentation, “Probate Disputes and Litigation,” will discuss elder exploitation; will and trust contests; pretermitted heir claims; and Power of Attorney and constructive trust claims.
AJ is an associate in the firm’s litigation department where she assists clients in a variety of litigation matters. Her experience representing clients in the probate and fiduciary context includes: trust and will contests involving claims of incapacity and undue influence; breach of fiduciary duty, self-dealing, commingling, and unjust enrichment claims against attorneys-in-fact, trustees, and other fiduciaries; partition actions; and accounting actions against fiduciaries, including attorneys-in-fact and trustees.
