Attorneys Shiva Karimi and Brian Garrett will present on a webinar entitled, “The Evolving U.S. Immigration Landscape: What Boarding School Leaders Need to Know” on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. ET sponsored by The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS). This presentation will cover key elements of immigration law as it applies to international boarding students and employees. You’ll gather updates related to student visa terminations and appropriate steps to take in response, guidance for minimizing risk during travel with students, and steps to prepare for potential U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity on campus.

Shiva is chair of the firm’s Immigration Law Practice Group and managing director of the firm’s Boston office.
