McLane Middleton attorney Charla Bizios Stevens will be presenting at a ProVisors Women’s Affinity Group meeting, “Tripwires in the Workplace” on March 12, 2020 in Boston.
As part of the presentation, Charla will discuss handling immigration issues for foreign workers, implicit bias among co-workers, and perils for foreign employers doing business in the U.S.
Charla is a director and chair of the firm’s Employment Practice Group. She has extensive background addressing litigated and non-litigated employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, protection of trade secrets, employee classification and wage and hour. She frequently lectures on employment-related topics before business and human resource organizations and writes on topics of interest to the business community.
