McLane Middleton attorneys Christopher R. Paul and Dianne E. Ricardo will be speakers at “The Probate Process From Start to Finish” seminar on April 16, 2019 presented by the National Business Institute.
As part of the presentation, speakers will provide step-by-step information to confidently and ably navigate a probate case. Attendees will gain the confidence they need to reach a favorable outcome for their client when litigating in probate court.
Chris is a director in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department where he practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts and estates, elder law, and administration. He earned his M.B.A. degree from St. Mary’s College, his B.S. degree from Saint Bonaventure University, and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Dianne is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department where she handles contested probate and fiduciary matters, including guardianships, trust administration disputes and will contests, power of attorney accountings, and other probate litigation. Ms. Ricardo is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and in the District of Columbia; and is a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and her J.D. degree from New England School of Law.
