The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Christina M. Denbow and Steven R. Mercadante have been admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Christina is an associate in the Litigation Department. She represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Christina received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law (2019) and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College (2016). During law school, Christina interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and a Boston medical malpractice firm. She also was Managing Editor of the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal. Christina was a summer associate with McLane Middleton in 2018 and joined the firm in September 2019. In addition to Massachusetts, she is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Steven is an associate in the Corporate Department. He advises businesses on transactional matters related to entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, corporate governance, and real estate. Prior to graduating law school, Steven worked as part of in-house counsel teams at healthcare and biotech companies. He also was a clinic member at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic, where he advised entrepreneurs from Boston University and M.I.T.
