The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Norris has been named to the firm’s Management Committee – the firm’s executive committee of the board of directors; overseeing strategy and business operations.
Dan is a director and former chair of the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate finance transactions and contracts, representation of educational institutions and general business representation. Dan has specific industry experience in manufacturing, insurance, in renewable energy, and independent schools.
Dan has a long history of community involvement, including Central Catholic High School’s Board of Directors; Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce; Veterans Count’s Secretary of Statewide Executive Committee; NH Charitable Foundation’s Regional Advisory Board Member; Past President of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem’s Board of Directors; and an appointment by Gov. John Lynch to serve on New Hampshire’s Economic Strategic Committee, to name a few.
Dan received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (1995) and his B.A. with distinction from Purdue University (1992). Dan also was a Law Clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court and he was an Intern with the Civil Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.
