Four Added to Corporate Department
Kilmister, Maillett, O’Brien and Cheng are all associates practicing in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Lauren C. Kilmister’s practice involves representing individuals and businesses on entity formation, financing transactions, and contract drafting and review. As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, Lauren also works on residential and commercial real estate matters for clients, including real estate purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
Lauren earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law with a Concentration in Business and Commercial Law (2018) and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Saint Michael’s College in Political Science and Environmental Studies (2015). While in law school, Lauren worked full-time at co-op placements for three months each at the Office of Attorney General Maura Healy, a Boston-based law firm specializing in renewable energy project development, and international food and beverage company, and McLane Middleton’s Woburn, Massachusetts, office. Kelsey A. Maillett provides counsel to a wide variety of clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, contract drafting, general corporate governance and private equity.

Christine M. O’Brien also advises clients on a wide array of issues, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, review and negotiation, and general corporate governance.
Christine earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (2018), and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Roger Williams University. While at both schools, Christine completed full-time co-op placements with corporate in-house counsel throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Bill Cheng is a member of the Data Privacy and Information Security Practice Group. He represents clients in data privacy and information security matters, general corporate and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity and debt, and general corporate governance matters. His experience includes representation of individuals and businesses of all sizes in various industries, including software, health care and medical device, cryptocurrency, telecommunications, renewable energy, and financial services, as well as representation of individuals and institutions investing in various industries. Bill has particularly strong passion and experience in working with technology clients, start-ups, and emerging companies. He holds the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPM, and CIPT certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Audrey Young Added to Trusts and Estates Department
Audrey is of counsel in the Trusts & Estates Department. She concentrates her practice on estate planning, representing business owners, family offices and corporate fiduciaries. She counsels business owners on tax, retirement and succession planning as well as trust and estate administration. Audrey also works with foundations and other charitable organizations on tax and administration matters. Audrey formerly worked as the Washington National Tax Director for private client services at an international accounting firm and at an AM 100 law firm.
