McLane Middleton attorneys Jeremy T. Walker and Catherine S. Yao will be presenting during this year’s virtual Women’s Entrepreneurship Day NH on November 19, 2020.
Jeremy and Catherine will be presenting on “Managing Social Media Reviews and Smear Campaigns” during the Lunch & Learn portion of the event.
The presentation is for businesses wanting to understand the legal perspective on the good, bad, and ugly of social media reviews.
Jeremy is a director in the firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on business litigation, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property and construction litigation. Jeremy is a trial lawyer and has represented both large and small companies in the New Hampshire Superior Court, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts and in arbitration proceedings.
