November 14, 2006, MANCHESTER, NH— The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, is pleased to announce that John Bentas has joined the firm. Working in the Corporate Law Group, he will focus on matters involving small businesses, securities and mergers.
John’s background has been focused in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance and advice, not-for-profit formation and federal and state tax exemption recognition.
He is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
John graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance in 1991 from Bentley College. He received his Juris Doctorate from Boston College in 2000.
He volunteers time to the United Way Community Allocations Program and St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church. John also serves as the President of the Stone Terrace Condominium Association and is involved with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life program, serving as Recruitment Chair and member of the Planning Committee.
He currently resides in Manchester.
