The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that John D. Colucci has been named to the board of trustees for Montserrat College of Art, a small, private, residential college of visual art and design in Beverly, Massachusetts.
John is a Director in McLane’s Corporate and Tax Departments. With a dual background as both an attorney and CPA, John works with start-up companies to large multi-owner private and publicly traded corporations, with a considerable client base in the software development and service sectors. He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial transactions and business operations, and practices in the areas of business law, tax law, estate and business succession planning and real estate. John is formerly a founding partner of the firm Colucci Norman, LLP in Beverly, Massachusetts.
John is very active in the North Shore business community, having served as immediate past president and director of the Greater Beverly YMCA, as well as the North Shore Technology Council. Prior to that, he was chairman of the board of directors for the North Shore United Way. He is past president of both the Beverly Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club of Beverly.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex County Estate Planning Council, and the Bentley Executive Club. John currently serves as a mentor for the Merrimack Valley Sandbox, a business accelerator program sponsored by the Merrimack Valley Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
