The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Katelyn E. Burgess, Stephen R. Harris, Christina L. Krakoff, and Wendy Li have been admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar.
Katelyn is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. She advises businesses on transactional matters related to entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and corporate governance. Katelyn earned her J.D. with concentrations in Privacy Law and Intellectual Property & Innovation from Northeastern University School of Law in 2020. During law school, Katelyn was a summer associate at McLane Middleton and additionally interned at the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and a large wealth management company in Boston. As a clinic member in the IP CO-LAB at Northeastern, Katelyn advised entrepreneurs on various intellectual property matters, including trademark eligibility and applications. Prior to law school, Katelyn worked as the office manager in a small law firm and earned a graduate certificate in Foundations of Business from the University of Massachusetts. Stephen is an associate in McLane Middleton’s Trusts and Estates Department where he represents clients in a number of areas including estate planning, tax planning, fiduciary matters and estate and trust administration. Prior to beginning his career in the legal field, Stephen served as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps. Stephen received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2020, where he served as a Lead Article Editor on the Moot Court Honor Board and the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University in 2015. Christina is an associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department where she represents clients in a number of areas including estate planning, tax planning, fiduciary matters and estate and trust administration. Christina earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from The College of William and Mary in 2011. In addition to New Hampshire, Christina is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Wendy is an associate in McLane Middleton’s Corporate Department. She advises businesses on a wide variety of transactional matters related to entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, corporate governance, and real estate. During law school, she interned at Vital Strategies, a public health organization, as part of their in-house legal team. She was a summer associate at McLane Middleton. Wendy received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. in History from New York University, cum laude.
